All returns are processed within 7-14 business days from the date the package is delivered to our warehouse. Please save your return tracking number to track your order. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund amount. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your return to be processed and a refund to be issued.
It is vacuum sealed in a bag, you need to fluff it up by following the guide in the package.
Once you receive the plush toy, please try out the following steps!
If the plush toy has a zipper, you can take out the stuffing of the plush toy, gently tear the clumped cotton into the smallest pieces you can, and then put it back in its proper place! Shake and pat the plush toy to evenly distribute the stuffing, and adjust the position of the stuffing manually to make the plush toy fluffy.

By the way, if it has fur, please do not forget to use a hairdryer on the hot setting to blow it and then comb to brush the fur of the toy to make the fur neat, smooth, and straight!
( If you wanna make it fluffier soon, throw it in the dryer for 20-30 minutes! Please do remember to select the low-speed setting! )
