RETURN POLICY

➥ Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.
If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

➥ Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an email to support@morismos.com with your order number to initiate a return and to receive instructions for returning your product.

Please note: The customer covers the return shipping expenses, please select a delivery carrier that offers affordable shipping costs for your convenience.

➥ Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

➥ Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet,
first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company,
it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund,

➥ Defective Items

If you happen to receive an item that doesn't seem to be working properly and shows no visible damage, don't worry! Just shoot us an email at support@morismos.com along with your order number, and we'll be more than happy to help you out.

➥ Damaged Items

If you discover any shipping damage after receiving your order, please don't worry! Just send an email to supprt@morismos.com right away with your order number. Make sure to hold onto all packaging material and paperwork in case we need it to help with your claim. Remember, if you toss out the packaging or try to return the item without letting us know, it may affect your chances of receiving credit for the return. We're here to help, so don't hesitate to reach out!

Please note that we are not liable for any damage or loss of parts caused by user actions while using our product. Thank you for your understanding.

At MorisMos, we want to make sure you're getting the best deal possible. So, if we need to revoke an offer, cancel an order, or correct any mistakes, we'll do so promptly.

If your payment has already gone through for a canceled order, we'll refund you right away. Just keep in mind that it may take a bit for the credit to show up in your account, depending on your bank's policy.
