1️⃣How should I wash my plush toys?

- Place the stuffed animal in a mesh laundry bag, zippered pillowcase, or pillowcase with the ends tied for added protection against wear and tear. We recommend using the Delicate, Hand Wash or Gentle cycle setting on your washing machine, along with cold water to help keep colors from fading.

- Tumble dry on low or air dry. Gently fluff to return to huggable softness. Note: this may require additional cycles.

3️⃣What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept these payment methods:
· Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa
· PayPal: (Online Orders and US only)

The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.
