How do I properly clean my plush toy?
To keep your plush toy looking and feeling its best, it's important to follow the washing instructions provided on the hangtag or sewn-in label. If you can't find these, don't worry - you can also check the individual item descriptions on our site for details.
If your plush toy is surface-washable or hand-washable, you can simply spot-clean it with soap and warm water.
For machine-washable items, follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Place your plush toy in the washing machine with gentle detergent on the delicate setting.
Step 2: To give it some extra protection, you can put the plush toy inside a pillowcase or soft cloth bag and securely close or tie the opening.
Step 3: Tumble dry on low heat or allow it to air dry naturally.
Step 4: Gently fluff up the plush toy to restore its huggable softness. You may need to go through a few cycles to achieve the desired fluffiness.

How to make the fluff up the plush toy?
If the plush toy has a zipper, unzip and remove the stuffing, and then place it back where it belongs! ( Tip: Be sure to spread cotton out so it can be evenly distributed. )
If it doesn't have a zipper, please shake and pat the plush toy to evenly distribute the stuffing, and adjust the position of the stuffing manually to make the plush toy fluffy. ( If you wanna make it fluffier soon, throw it in the dryer for 20-30 minutes! Please do remember to select the low-speed setting! )
By the way, if it has fur, please do not forget to use a hairdryer on the hot setting to blow it and then comb to brush the fur of the toy to make the fur neat, smooth, and straight!
